VIA MAMMALIAN GENE EXPRESSION VECTORS OR VIRAL VECTORS-MEDIATED EXPRESSION

– Synthetic custom vectors for plasmid DNA transfection or transfer vectors for viral vectors-mediated expression of the recombinant protein. DIfferent designs are possible for improved expression levels of the gene of interest, codon optimization, selection of appropriate secretion signals, achievement of native folding and post-translational modifications, target specific subcellular localization or secretion, and easy recovery.

– Gene cloning and implementation of the expression strategy either by transient transfection or virus mediated transient expression.

– Recombinant protein production at high levels in shake flasks and bioreactors of 1L, 3L, 25L.

– Downstream processing and extensive characterization and quantification of the purified product.
