The yields for recombinant proteins vary greatly depending on the protein of interest.

  • Expression from a stable cell line (cell line development services offered)
  • Bioreactor production 1-10L (Fed-batch, perfusion)

► Purification:

  • TFF for concentration and diafiltration
  • Affinity and ion exchange chromatography 

► Analytical:

  • Total protein concentration, 
  • Purity and identity by (SDS-PAGE staining and WB) 
  • Recombinant protein concentration by ELISA, if available
